• If you accept our offer to purchase your property, all parties to the transaction are bound by the terms of the offer to purchase contract, which are unique to each offer we present. 
• If you are buying a property from us, all parties to the transaction are bound by the terms of the offer to purchase contract, which are unique to each buyer. 

We will have our own legal representation for all our transactions and recommend you work with your own independent legal council.
